Comment on draft stormwater permits

OLYMPIA — The Washington State Department of Ecology is proposing updates to the Construction Stormwater National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and State Waste Discharge General Permit, with a draft permit available for review through May 9.

The current permit is scheduled to expire at the end of this year.
