SDCI updates Green Building Standard

SEATTLE — The Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI) recently published a new draft Director's Rule related to the Green Building Standard.

For 16 years, SDCI has offered builders and developers benefits, like extra floor area and height, in exchange for meeting the standards.
