New flood grants launch in June

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The King County Flood Control District in June will launch the Lake Sammamish Dock and Shoreline Grant Program.

The $1 million grant opportunity will fund flood risk reduction projects for Lake Sammamish shoreline infrastructure, particularly docks and outbuildings, and shoreline erosion control.
