Bellevue seeks input on critical areas

BELLEVUE — The city of Bellevue is updating its Critical Areas Ordinance (CAO) and is seeking community feedback on the draft.

As required by state law, the city must complete its next CAO update by Dec. 31, ensuring Bellevue's environmental protections for critical areas like wetlands, aquifer recharge areas, and geologically hazardous areas stay up to date with the latest science and regulatory requirements.
