    Bechtel National is designing and building the new Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant at the Hanford site.

    Washington state will take legal action if necessary to hold the Trump Administration accountable to its obligation to Hanford's multi-billion-dollar Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant, Gov. Bob Ferguson said at a press event Friday alongside other elected officials, tribal leaders and labor representatives.
