SDCI warns: It's landslide season!

SEATTLE — As we in the Pacific Northwest prepare for the return of seasonal rains and the Big Dark, there's something else to think about this time of year. The Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections (SDCI) warns that landslide season is near.

Most slides occur between November and March, as rainfall increases and snow melts during the winter months.
