Washington joins suit against EPA

By JOURNAL STAFF

OLYMPIA — Washington state has joined 22 other plaintiffs in suing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for ending a $7 billion program aimed at bringing solar energy to low-income and disadvantaged households.

The state Attorney General's Office released a statement yesterday.
