Designer sought for East Waterway cleanup

The EPA found that the average concentration of toxic PCBs in East Waterway sediments is 460 parts per billion.

The effort to reduce contaminated sediments within the 157-acre East Waterway section of the Harbor Island Superfund site is moving forward as the Port of Seattle searches for a qualified scientific and engineering consultant.
