City to update stormwater code

SEATTLE — The city of Seattle is moving forward with updates to its Stormwater Code and Stormwater Manual, a process required by the state Department of Ecology.

The proposed 2026 Stormwater Code legislation is now available through the Seattle City Council under Council Bill 121190.
