Kenmore offers heat pump rebates

KENMORE — Kenmore residents can now get up to $6,000 in incentives for switching from oil or gas furnaces to electric heat pumps.

The city of Kenmore launched its new Energize Kenmore program last week. It provides an immediate $2,000 discount at purchase to all residents making the switch. Low and moderate-income residents can also qualify for a bonus rebate of $4,000.
