Seattle SEPA appeal streamline passes

SEATTLE — The Seattle City Council on Tuesday passed a measure aimed at expediting the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) appeals processes for certain zoning and planning actions by the city.

Council Bill 121215 aims to reduce the amount of time city land-use changes can be held up by such challenges.
