Work begins on Lewis Park revamp

SEATTLE — Seattle Parks and Recreation will begin a series of improvements at Lewis Park next week as part of an effort to make the Beacon Hill park safer, more welcoming and easier to maintain.

Located at 1120 15th Ave. S., the park has been the subject of ongoing maintenance concerns, staff observations and community feedback about its conditions, visibility and safety.
