Stone Way office building achieves deep green certifications

CornerStone opened in 2024. The five-story regenerative mass timber building totals 182,000 square feet.

Evolution Project's CornerStone office and retail building at 3524 Stone Way N. has met the requirements of Seattle's Living Building Pilot Program (LBPP), including Living Building Challenge (LBC) Petal Certification from the International Living Future Institute (ILFI).
