Park restoration calls for prescribed burn

PORT TOWNSEND — Washington State Parks plans to conduct a prescribed burn at Anderson Lake State Park in Jefferson County this fall as part of a habitat restoration project.

The approximately 1-acre burn will occur while the park is already closed for road and trail maintenance projects to improve park access between Port Townsend trails and the Olympic Discovery Trail.
