Real Estate Buzz: Larry Benaroya has bus tunnel vision
There is something to be said for being in the right place at the right time. Just ask Larry Benaroya.
Several months ago, the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center moved out of about 240,000 square feet in Metropolitan Park, The Benaroya Companies' property in Seattle's Denny Triangle. This left 344,000 square feet vacant.
