Warren Wilson was recently promoted to Grade VIII senior project manager at Berger/ABAM Engineers in Federal Way. His assignments have included project management and planning of large transportation facilities, foundation engineering, structural design and analysis, load rating, repairs and widening of existing structures, cost estimating and computer modeling. George Sheng has been promoted to Grade VI project engineer. Sheng has applied his knowledge of static and dynamic pile testing and analyses to multidisciplinary projects. He has performed research and taught at the university level on subjects such as construction engineering, foundation analysis and design, and earthquake engineering. Yuling Teo has been promoted to Grade V project engineer. Teo is a structural engineer specializing in the areas of roadway and bridge design, as well as analysis and calculations. Mary Sanford has been promoted to accountant. Sanford supports the company’s accounting staff responsible for administering accounts payable, payroll and financial reporting.
