Tilley
Cochran Inc. has promoted Chad Tilley to vice president of engineering. Since joining Cochran in 1990 as a project designer, Tilley has been the lead engineer on many projects, including the IQSB Rosen Building Remodel, Boeing Commercial Airplane Group Headquarters Office Building and the McCaw Cellular wireless data center. In his new role, he will oversee the engineering division while continuing his design duties.
