Sparling
Edward I. Snow II joined Sparling as a project manager in the technology studio. Snow has 35 years experience in telecommunications and technology system design for major commercial, educational, military and government facilities in the Puget Sound area. Snow’s current projects include the Bellingham Municipal Court remodel, South Seattle Community College Technology Center and the Idaho Water Center. Snow has been a registered communication distribution designer since 1987 and is a member of Building Industry Consulting Service International.
