Hart Crowser recently promoted Barry Kellems and Michael Kenrick to principals. Kellems is an environmental engineer who has been with the firm since 1994. He has 17 years of remediation and project management experience, focusing on cleanup and redevelopment of contaminated sites. Kellems specializes in innovative and cost-effective treatment technologies for storm water, groundwater, sediment and soils.
Kenrick is a hydrogeologist with experience in groundwater resources, civil engineering, mining, and environmental industries. His projects have ranged from resource evaluation, planning and development to design, construction and monitoring. Kenrick holds a master's in hydrogeology from the University of Birmingham and a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Manchester. He has been involved in numerous projects across the U.S., Canada, U.K., Indonesia, Bolivia and Zambia.
Amanda Spencer has joined Hart Crowser’s Portland office as principal hydrogeologist. An expert in the field of environmental investigation, Spencer will manage a range of hazardous waste investigation, remediation and hydrogeologic projects for the Portland office.
