City asks techies to Hack the Commute

SEATTLE — The city is holding a “hackathon” this weekend to help commuters get where they want to go more quickly.

Teams at the event, called Hack the Commute, will compete to develop new tech-based tools to help commuters deal with Seattle's continual construction and development disruptions.
