Comments due for Tacoma light rail

SEATTLE — Sound Transit has released a draft environmental impact statement for its proposed Tacoma Dome Link light rail extension project and is accepting public comments through Monday.

The Tacoma Dome Link Extension would add nearly 10 miles of mostly elevated light rail tracks between Federal Way and Tacoma. The project includes four new light rail stations in the South Federal Way, Fife, East Tacoma/Portland Avenue and Tacoma Dome areas.
