Lunar New Year on Capitol Hill

SEATTLE — Lunar New Year is Jan. 29 and sibling chefs, Trinh and Thai Nguyen (formerly of Bainbridge Island's beloved Ba Sa), will welcome the Year of the Wood Snake with celebratory dishes, and a traditional Lion Dance at Ramie — a Vietnamese restaurant on Capitol Hill.

The commemorative dishes, in addition to the regular menu, will be available Jan. 29 -31. The Lion Dance will take place at 7 p.m. on Jan. 31.
