'Waitress' serving at 5th Avenue

SEATTLE — The 5th Avenue Theatre has pie on the menu. "Waitress," the hit Broadway musical, is onstage the 5th Avenue Theatre, March 11-30. Tickets start at $40.

Featuring a score by Grammy Award-winner Sara Bareilles, "Waitress" is based on the 2007 film by Adrienne Shelly. It tells the story of Jenna, an expert pie baker stuck in a small-town diner and loveless marriage, who navigastes an unexpected romance with the help of her quirky coworkers.
