How to snag an off-season campsite

SEATTLE — As fall turns to winter, Washington State Parks is reminding campers that off-season stays come with a few new rules.

Many parks are shifting from reservations to first-come, first-served (FCFS) systems, and schedules vary depending on the location. Campers are encouraged to check each park's Winter Schedule before heading out.
