Netflix debuts physical location

PHILADELPHIA — Netflix has opened its first permanent “Netflix House” at King of Prussia mall — a 100,000-square-foot space built around the company's film and television properties.

The venue includes walk-through environments based on popular titles, rotating exhibits, and a mix of dining, retail, and ticketed activities. A second location in Dallas is scheduled to open in December, with a Las Vegas site planned for 2027.
