SEATTLE — Ned Blackhawk will present the annual Bullitt Lecture in American History on March 10, at the Seattle Public Library's Central Library.

Blackhawk, a National Book Award-winning author and professor at Yale University, will draw from the final chapters of his book, “The Rediscovery of America,” which won the 2023 National Book Award for Nonfiction. His talk will focus on 20th century Native American activism and the often-overlooked role Native nations and citizens have played in shaping modern American history.
