SEATTLE — As spring arrives in Seattle and daylight stretches along the waterfront, The Edgewater Hotel is rolling out a seasonal happy hour aimed at locals and visitors alike. The offering runs Sunday through Thursday from 3 to 5 p.m. in the hotel's lobby lounge, with sweeping views of Puget Sound.
The waterfront landmark pairs its setting with a menu of coastal-inspired bites and classic cocktails. Highlights include salmon poke, Wagyu beef sliders and truffle fries, alongside lighter options like local oysters and clam chowder. Drinks range from margaritas and negronis to a Midori sour and dark daiquiri, plus a Bloody Mary oyster shooter.
