After Hours: European masters travel to SAM

The Seattle Art Museum opens its new exhibition, "Corot to Picasso," next Thursday. Shown here is "The Mozart Sonata," an 1894 piece by French painter Berthe Morisot.

SEATTLE -- Nearly 60 paintings and sculptures from the 19th and early 20th centuries, representing European masters such as Degas, Monet, Cezanne, Kandinsky and Picasso, will be on view in the Seattle Art Museum from Thursday, June 20, through Sunday, Sept. 15.
