SEATTLE -- An exhibition of more than 80 paintings, sketches, watercolors, poetry, critical writings and correspondence by American artist Fairfield Porter opens at the Frye Art Museum this weekend. The exhibition, "Fairfield Porter: A Life in Art, 1900-1975," was organized by the AXA Gallery in New York.
