After Hours: Sci-fi museum opens at Seattle Center

Seattle's new Science Fiction Museum holds a number of famous film and television props, including Capt. Kirk's command chair from "Star Trek," which aired 1966-1969.

SEATTLE -- Today marks the opening of the $20 million Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame, the world's first museum dedicated to sci-fi. The 13,000-square museum fills a space that until last year was occupied by the Experience Music Project's "Funk Blast" ride.
