Bellevue arts fests run through weekend

The Bellevue Festival of the Arts will sell works by nearly 200 artisans.

BELLEVUE — The Bellevue Festival of the Arts — not to be confused with the larger Bellevue Arts Museum ArtsFair — runs this weekend in the Cost Plus Work Market lot, across the street from Bellevue Square, at 10300 N.E. Eighth St.
