Bloody horror comedy in Renton
RENTON — The Renton Civic Theatre will host “Evil Dead: The Musical” Oct. 23-24 at 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
The comedic stage show that takes elements of the cult horror films, “Evil Dead, “Evil Dead 2”, and “Army of Darkness” and combines them into a slapstick comedy with show tunes, campy humor and tons of blood (including a “splatter zone” — the first three rows in the audience that get covered in blood).
