August Kite Festival in Long Beach
LONG BEACH — The Washington State International Kite Festival (WSIKF) is a week-long kite celebration and competition. This year's festival will be held Aug. 15-21 in Long Beach - about 170 miles southwest of Seattle. Kitelife Magazine calls it “the greatest, grandest Kite Festival on the North American continent”.
The Kite Festival is free to the public, but entry fees are required for competitions.
