Kenworth’s T300 received high customer ratings from J.D. Power’s 2003 rankings.

Kirkland’s Kenworth Truck Co. was awarded the J.D. Power and Associates 2003 Heavy-Duty Truck Customer Satisfaction award. Kenworth won in the pickup and delivery division for Class 8 trucks. The award is based on analysis of customer ratings for performance, quality, design, parts and service support, and manufacturer image. The Kenworth T300 also received a J.D. Power award for the high customer ratings for a conventional medium duty truck.
