Essex Crane Rental

Essex Crane Rental has entered an agreement to purchase model 115-ton-capacity crawler cranes from the Austrian crane company Liebherr-Nenzing. Essex Crane was acquired in May of 2000 by Kirtland Capital Partners and Ronald Schad, a former executive of Manitowoc Cranes. The company’s main headquarters is in Buffalo Grove, Ill., with five service centers in Alabama, Texas, Denver, Colorado, California and Florida.
