Sellen Construction recently announced four new project executives who are serving as senior relationship leaders and strategic partners to clients:

Shanna Dennis, project executive, SVP, is a seasoned healthcare leader and will continue to lead Sellen's healthcare projects and accounts.

Travis Harth, project executive, VP, has served as senior director of Special Projects and will continue to lead and scale Sellen's tenant improvement business, expanding the team's ability to meet a wide range of client needs.

Peter Richardson, project executive, VP, has delivered some of Sellen's largest and most complex corporate and civic projects, and will now also serve clients in K-12 education and the public sector.

Nick Weymouth, project executive, SVP, has led some of Sellen's most complex and high-profile corporate projects and will continue to serve clients across corporate campus, high-rise office and other key markets.

RH2 Engineering

RH2 Engineering has appointed Michele Campbell as president, marking a leadership milestone for the employee-owned municipal engineering firm. Campbell joined RH2 in 1999 as a civil engineering intern. She is known for her people-centered leadership style, emphasizing collaboration, thoughtful planning and long-term stewardship. Her experience includes leading comprehensive water system plans, pump station evaluations, and capital improvement strategies that guide long-term infrastructure investment decisions for communities across Washington, Oregon and Idaho. RH2 has been serving public agencies throughout the Pacific Northwest since 1978.

KMB architects recently hired Jessica Work and Heather Dyson. Work comes with experience in interior design, first starting in custom residential and then commercial work. Dyson came onboard as marketing coordinator, bringing years of experience in a range of marketing practices and strategies. Dyson is a writer, designer and photographer.

Matthew Combe has joined Säzän Group as director of decarbonization strategy where he will focus on expanding the firm's decarbonization and energy transition services, and help clients translate climate and carbon goals into outcomes. Combe brings more than a decade of leadership experience in environmental management, strategic planning, and clean energy innovation across public and private sectors. He specializes in sustainability, carbon reduction, and clean energy strategy for both existing buildings and new construction. His experience includes executive director of the Seattle 2030 District and leading sustainability programs for Amazon's worldwide grocery stores real estate portfolio.

Mark Gardner has been promoted to managing principal of the Seattle office. Gardner joined Säzän Group in 2025 as director of engineering where he became known strong communication skills and fostering collaboration between owners, design and construction teams. Gardner brings more than 25 years of engineering experience with a national, Seattle-based design build firm, followed by two years (2023–2025) as senior operations manager in the same company's service division.

Skanska USA Building

Global construction and development firm Skanska announced that Eric Marsh has been promoted to vice president — account manager.

In his new role, which includes working with clients from the Puget Sound region to the Inland Northwest, Marsh will continue his work with higher education clients including Washington State University and Seattle University, while also assuming leadership of Skanska's Boeing, Sound Transit and Port of Seattle accounts.

“Eric has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to deliver value to our clients while building high-performing teams,” said Lew Guerrette, executive vice president and general manager, Skanska USA Building in Seattle.

March joined Skanska in 2013. His work includes leadership on projects such as Microsoft Building 83, Washington State University Plant Sciences, Seattle University CSI, and Seagen Launch Pad. His experience spans multiple market sectors, including life sciences, higher education, corporate commercial, residential high-rise, federal and aviation work.

Marsh holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Washington State University.

Skanska in the U.S. operates 28 offices across the country, with its headquarters in New York City. In 2025, its U.S. development and construction streams generated $8.7 billion in revenue.

Visit Seattle

Visit Seattle, the official destination marketing organization for Seattle and King County, announced the appointment of Marco Leal as the organization's first vice president of destination development, a newly established senior leadership role designed to elevate Seattle's visibility and long-term vitality as a premier global destination. “Marco's global expertise and proven ability to build collaborative, high-impact destination strategies make him the ideal person to lead Seattle's next chapter of tourism growth, innovation, and community partnership,” said Tammy Canavan, President & CEO of Visit Seattle.

Leal's role includes expanding and the membership base; advancing domestic and international travel trade relationships; strengthening alignment with SEA Airport's expansion and route development initiatives; and elevating visitor services, including growth of the Seattle Certified Tourism Ambassador program. He will serve on Visit Seattle's senior leadership team, helping shape the organization's strategy and impact across Seattle and King County.

Leal most recently served as deputy chief executive officer at Concacaf, where he led regional operations, destination-level strategies, and major events across 41 national markets. Leal holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Juridical and Social Sciences and has completed executive education in Finance and Accounting at Columbia Business School, along with advanced executive leadership and management programs through FIFA. He serves as an Arbitrator for the Court of Arbitration for Sport and is fluent in English and Spanish.

WCII Advisory Board

Coupang, a U.S.-based tech company headquartered in Seattle, has joined the WCIT Advisory Board. Coupanq and is an e-commerce retailer serving South Korea, with a growing presence in Taiwan and other Asian markets. The company exports millions of dollars in goods and services from thousands of U.S. brands, allowing American entrepreneurs to reach new global customers.

Lori Otto Punke, president of WCIT, stated, “As an exporter of U.S. products into Asian markets, Coupang is an essential component of our international trade economy. WCIT is made stronger by members like Coupang — companies that are living proof of what international trade can do for Northwest businesses and workers. DexCare Inc. announced that Ravi Doddivaripalli has joined the company as its chief technology officer. Doddivaripalli brings experience scaling SaaS platforms with expertise in AI, real-time data integration, and scalable architecture across healthcare and enterprise environments.

“We can build and deploy at a pace that wasn't possible a few years ago,” said Matt Blosl, CEO of DexCare. “Our platform already connects data, capacity, and demand across some of the largest health systems in the country. Doddivaripalli joins DexCare from XY Retail Inc., where he served as chief product and engineering officer, leading platform strategy, AI services, and global engineering operations during a period of rapid growth. Over his 25-year career, he has held senior platform and engineering roles across healthcare and enterprise organizations, including Hewlett-Packard, Innovaccer, Delta Dental of California, Sephora, and Salesforce.com.

Certivo

Certivo, an AI-powered supply chain compliance management platform, announced a $4 million seed round led by Suffolk Technologies with participation from Pioneer Square Ventures and other leading investors. The funding will accelerate product development, expand engineering and AI capabilities, and scale go-to-market efforts across manufacturing and the built world.

The investment marks the emergence of a new category: AI-native compliance automation — purpose-built to replace manual, fragmented compliance operations with continuously operating intelligent systems.
