U.S. Bank has named J. Michael Rogers senior vice president and division manager of Dealer Commercial Services for its Western Region. Rogers will be based in Bellevue, head up a group of 14 relationship managers and team leaders, and assume responsibility for the servicing of auto dealers and their commercial franchise operations in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Northern California, Nevada and Utah. Rogers formerly served as regional market manager for Bank of America in Northern California and Nevada.
The staff appointments to First Heritage Bank's new Everett branch were recently announced. Tom Johnson, senior vice president, will be branch manager; John Nelson, will be assistant vice president and loan officer; Janette Smith will be operations supervisor; Gail Stevens has been named new accounts representative; and Noelle Darby and Cindy Fielder will serve as tellers. First Heritage is a locally owned community bank specializing in small business financing, and SBA and construction lending.
Walter W. McMonies Jr. has joined Foster Pepper & Shefelman as of counsel practicing in the real estate group in the law firm's Portland office.
Charles Bates has been promoted from director of field human resources to director of human resources at Bellevue-based Paccar Automotive Inc., a subsidiary of Paccar Inc. Bates formerly served as senior internal auditor at Paccar Inc.
Pagliacci Pizza recently opened its second Eastside delivery kitchen, located at 11640 98th Ave. N.E. in the Juanita area of Kirkland. Jeff Woodruff will serve as general manager of the Juanita location.
Attorney Laura K. Sealey has opened a new office to serve clients in south King County, located at 24437 Russell Rd., Suite 122, Kent 98032, (253) 856-1929. Sealey's Seattle office is moving to 1001 Fourth Avenue Plaza, Suite 3200, Seattle 98154. Sealey represents personal injury and sexual abuse victims.
Terry Lukens and Seattle Municipal Court Judge Ron Kessler have been named to the King County Superior Court bench. Lukens has a general commercial practice, emphasizing real estate transactions, and formerly served as councilman and mayor of Bellevue.
TUKWILA - N C Machinery Co. recently announced the promotion of Rick Norman who will be leaving the Port Angeles branch of N C to become the parts and services sales representative for South King County. A native of Ohio, Norman has been with N C for nine years. His previous experience includes seven years as the warehouse supervisor at N C's Seattle branch and two years as the parts and services sales representative for the Port Angeles branch. N C Machinery Co. is a division of Tractor & Equipment Co. specializing in servicing and selling Caterpillar equipment throughout its branches in Washington, Alaska, Montana and Magadan, Russia.
SNOHOMISH - Ken Rindal, owner of Barnett Turf & Tractor, has hired Bob Pedersen as general manager for Barnett Turf & Tractor in Snohomish. Barnett Turf & Tractor is a statewide source of equipment, service and parts for the turf maintenance industry in lawn and garden, commercial and golf and turf. Pedersen is relocating to this area from Palm Desert, Calif.
