Toyota of Seattle added: Alex Dang and Sid Eng as Internet sales managers, Phi-Long Dang and Chris Burwell as sales consultants, Desmond Lianos as finance specialist and Sean Williams to work on retail parts. Service advisors are Alicia Haller, Bruce Ochoa and Al Beutler.
Jeremy Olson has opened an Allstate Insurance Co. agency in Renton at 2003 Maple Valley Highway, Suite 103. The agency will sell auto, property, commercial and life insurance. Olson has been with Allstate for eight years and owns an office in Seattle. Call (425) 687-1361 for more information.
Seattle Executives Associations elected officers to lead its business development group through the end of this year: president is Kevin Shoemaker of Consolidated Restaurants, first vice president is Greg Perry of American Drapery Blind and Carpet, second vice president is Larry Madison of NYK Logistics, and treasurer is Ed Rosen of Reibman and Rosen Jewelers. Seattle Executives' 115 members are a mix of senior executives from different industries.
Demolition company Nuprecon promoted Dave Whitley to senior vice president and Scott Saunders to chief financial officer. Whitley is overseeing six of the company's divisions, including abatement, recycling, and concrete sawing and drilling. Saunders is managing finances, human resources, IT and warehouse operations. Nuprecon is headquartered in Snoqualmie.

Sumner-based DMI Drilling Construction has hired Mark Etheridge as a senior estimator and project manager. Etheridge has 24 years of experience in drilled shafts, tied back anchors, soil nails and soldier pile support systems.
FoundationWorks named David Huffman vice president of operations and Robert F. Criste vice president of marketing and corporate development. Huffman initially is developing and managing the company's operations in the Northwest, and will expand that role across the country. He is based in the Portland office. Criste is promoting the FoundationWorks brand to builders of new homes, modular buildings, HUD code factory-built applications and retrofits. He is also focusing on financial companies that drive new home construction, and realtors and park owners involved in retrofits. Criste is based out of the company's Greensboro, N.C., office. FoundationWorks makes foundation systems for the factory-built housing industry.

David Danner has been appointed executive director of the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission. Danner is a member of the state Pollution Control Hearings Board, and was an energy and telecommunications policy advisor to Gov. Gary Locke. The commission regulates the rates and services of telecommunications, utilities, some transportation companies and a low-level radioactive waste site.
Robert G. Stevens has joined law firm Ogden Murphy Wallace as executive director. Stevens has experience in law firm administration and government relations. Before going into law he directed human resources at Catholic Community Services. He was also on the staff of U.S. Congressman Norman D. Dicks. Ogden Murphy has offices in Seattle and Wenatchee.
Lawyer Susan Peterson has joined the real estate practice at the law firm of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt's Seattle office. She counsels clients on personal and estate planning, particularly for the owners of closely held businesses
