Pacific Continental Bank has promoted Bonnie Lambert to vice president. Lambert will continue to work the bank's Seattle office. Pacific Continental Bank has branches in Washington and Oregon.
Mark Selle will serve as superintendent of the Columbia Virtual Academy. Steve McCullough be the principal of the high school program while Vicki Kircher will be principal of grades K-8. Lori Larsen will coordinate public relations and enrollment. COVA provides a free public virtual education to students statewide in kindergarten through 12th grade.
The TAS Group has named David Gens chief financial officer of the company. The TAS Group is based in Seattle and helps companies worldwide with sales.
MidMountain Contractors has made several management changes at its Kirkland office: Jeff Levere is now CEO, Mark Mills is president, Tim Welborn is vice president of Site Works, and Greg Steels is vice president of Civil Works. The new management structure will support the company’s strategic growth goal.

Trans-Ocean Products, a seafood processor headquartered in Bellingham, has hired Tim McKinnon as a business development manager. McKinnon was national account manager for Continental Mills. He will be based in Seattle.
Tully's Coffee of Seattle has hired Dana Pratt as vice president of retail operations and Tony Del Fierro as director of retail operations. Pratt was regional manager for Hollywood Entertainment-Game Crazy. Del Fierro has 21 years of retail and food service industry experience.
The Frause Group, a Seattle-based public relations, marketing and business analysis firm, has added new partner offices in Beijing and Shanghai, China; Mumbai and Delhi, India; and Seoul, South Korea. The new offices are part of the Public Relations Organisation International network, a partnership of firms serving clients around the world.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture has appointed James F. Fitzgerald as chief of staff for Rural Development. He was state executive director of the USDA Farm Service Agency in Spokane. USDA Rural Development has a staff of about 7,000 and promotes homeownership, business development and critical infrastructure.
North American Energy Services, an Issaquah-based provider of services to the power generation industry, will operate two Navasota Energy Partners power plants under construction in Texas.
Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories has promoted Nancy Hindman to senior vice president, Dave Whitehead to vice president of research and development, and Marion Gerhardt to vice president and general counsel. The Pullman-based company manufactures equipment and provides services for electric power systems.
The Tacoma Public Utility Board elected David Curry as its chair, Robert Casey as vice chair and Tom Hilyard as secretary. The board sets policy for supplying cusomers with electricity, water and rail freight switching.
The Port of Skamania County has promoted John McSherry to director. He was a project manager at the port.
