Rich Leo and Mark Tranter have joined CFO Selections to form a new business division for recruiting senior-level finance and accounting professionals. CFO Selections has offices in Bellevue and Issaquah. It locates, recruits and offers senior level accounting and finance talent and professional services.
Mixxer Inc.s' board of directors has chosen John Dearborn to serve as CEO. Outgoing CEO William (Bill) Bryant will remain involved with the company as a strategic advisor and member of the board along with current board member, Eric Ver Ploeg, managing director from VantagePoint Venture Partners. The company also appointed David Carlick and Mark Metcalfe to the board of directors. Mixxer Inc. is a Seattle-based Web-to-mobile destination site for music, content and community.
Allstate Agent Todd Vu will hold an open house on Sept. 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at his new office, located at 1602 Dexter Ave. N., Seattle. Allstate is a national publicly held personal lines insurer.

Trina Olsen of Washington Holdings has been promoted to vice president of human resources. Washington Holdings is a Seattle-based investment firm focusing on commercial property investments and development, structured finance investments, and land development primarily in the Western United States.
Mary McDonald and Mark Capeloto of CB Richard Ellis arranged $36.85 million in financing for Kent Station in Kent. Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp. provided financing on behalf of Tarragon Kent Station Phase I, LLC for the initial phase of Kent Station, a $100 million mixed-use project on 18 acres. The limited liability company is an affiliate of the development firm Tarragon, LLC. The retail lifestyle center's first tenants opened in late 2005. The second phase of retail is now in lease-up, with additional retail and housing planned.
Group Health Credit Union's Northgate branch added Adrienne Tatge as branch sales manager and Debbie Wyman as assistant branch sales manager. Group Health Credit Union is a member-owned financial cooperative serving Washington residents.
Powerful Voices hired Tanya Kim as its first full-time executive director. Powerful Voices is a Seattle organization that helps girls ages 12-18 at four public middle schools and girls who are in or at risk of involvement in the juvenile justice system.
