Seattle-based site|folio, a provider of a Web-based construction and project portfolio management technology, hired Lawrence Rosenshein as director of sales and business development. Rosenshein previously was principal strategist at Novell Consulting Group, a software company. He holds a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H., and a master's degree in business administration from the Yale School of Management in New Haven, Conn.
Olympic Reprographics moved from its historic 1901 building to a new production facility a mile to the south, at 2730 Occidental Ave. S. The firm's contact information remains the same.
Diamond B Constructors and the city of Redmond won John D. Spellman Safety Awards from the Evergreen Safety Council. The award recognizes companies that significantly improve or demonstrate achievements in their safety programs. Diamond B had a zero lost-time injury rate for the past six years while logging in more than 2 million labor hours. Its experience modification factor for 2006 was .53. The city of Redmond trains all of its employees in defensive driving, first aid/CPR and ergonomics. It also has a disaster recovery plan.
The law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine named eight attorneys to partnerships. New partners in the Seattle office are Frederick B. Burnside, class action and consumer financial services litigation, James M. Haigh, commercial transactions, and Sarah English Tune, mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.
Technocom in Auburn hired Steve Wallo as business development manager. Technocom provides communications technology and services in Oregon and Washington.
4Culture's board of directors recently elected officers. Margaret Lowe was re-elected president. Judith Whetzel was re-elected vice-president. Louise Miller was also elected to serve as vice-president. Stephanie Toothman was elected treasurer. Paul Ishii was re-elected secretary. 4Culture is King County's cultural services agency.
Steelhead Productions of Poulsbo, a provider of exhibit services, will open a new branch this summer in Las Vegas. It will house exhibit inventory, fabrication and graphic production, a showroom and conference space.
