Wells Fargo

Wells Fargo in Seattle promoted Lupita Scott and Patty Vilcsek to community banking district managers. Scott will be the Central Seattle district manager and will oversee 55 team members in five locations: Seattle Main, Metropolitan, Belltown, Queen Anne and Ballard. Vilcsek will be North Seattle district manager and will oversee 78 team members in eight locations: Laurelhurst, University, UW Campus, Wallingford, Roosevelt Square, Crown Hill, Aurora and Highlands.

Seattle City Light

Seattle City Light hired Steven D.Kern as power supply and environmental affairs officer. Kern has 25 years experience in power supply matters. He has worked with Snohomish County PUD, Puget Sound Energy, Avista Corp., and Lands Energy Consulting.

Crowley Maritime Corp.

Crowley Maritime Corp. announced it is combining its operations and commercial responsibilities for West Coast marine services into one group under the leadership of Chris Peterson, who has been promoted to vice president, West Coast services. Under this new structure, Peterson will oversee a number of people. They are Scott Hoggarth, who was promoted to general manager of ship assist and escort; Paul Vidal, director of engineering; Jim Van der Veen, director of contract services; Scott Craig, manager of marine operations; Jim Penny, manager of marine operations and Russell Luttman, port captain.

Northwest Cellars

Kirkland-based Northwest Cellars added new staff members to its Seattle staff. Gregg Bleakney is account manager. Melissa LaCaille manages Web site content. Robin Hirano is warehouse supervisor. Northwest Cellars creates personally labeled wines out of custom Northwest wine blends.

Avenue A| Razorfish

Avenue A | Razorfish, an interactive services firm, promoted Sydney Hunsdale to executive vice president, worldwide operations. She will oversee the finance, IT, human resources, recruiting, facilities and legal functions for the company worldwide. Hunsdale has been senior vice president in charge of finance and operations for two years.

Purdie Rogers

Seattle-based Purdie Rogers, a full-service advertising and public relations agency, hired Vince Poon as internal controller and Shelby Erickson as office manager. Poon spent eight years as controller with LoSasso Advertising in Chicago. Erickson is a recent graduate of Washington State University.

Virginia Mason Medical Center

Virginia Mason Medical Center promoted two employees and hired one to management positions. Susanna Hugo has been promoted to manager of the Section of Otolaryngology, which also includes facial plastics and the Listen for Life Center. She has been with Virginia Mason since 1999. Michael Cuzzetto has been promoted to manager of the IS Data Center. Cuzzetto has been with the hospital since 1998. Elise Reich is the new manager for the Section of Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology. Reich was the clinic director of Spellman Center for HIV-related diseases at St. Vincent Midtown Hospital in New York.

King County Superior Court

Gov. Chris Gregoire appointed Commissioner Kimberley Prochnau of Seattle to the King County Superior Court. Prochnau has been a court commissioner and substitute judge for the King County Superior Court since 1994. She will fill the position vacated by Judge Richard Jones.
