First Sound Bank

Seattle-based First Sound Bank hired Debbie Johnson, Dan Meuli and Jeff Wilson. Johnson is a construction loan administrator and has 18 years experience as an escrow and loan production officer. Meuli is senior operations service specialist and has nine years of experience in banking. Wilson is IT manager and has 17 years of experience in information technology.

EED

Kirkland-based EED, an electronic discovery software and services provider, hired Skip Lindsey as western region vice president of sales. Lindsey worked at Iron Mountain and has also worked for Divine and Mobius.

Intiman Theatre

The Intiman Theatre in Seattle hired Sheila Daniels as associate director. Daniels has been a director, actor and teacher in Seattle since 1994. She is co-artistic director and co-founder of both Theatre Under Ground and Baba Yaga Productions. She will direct “A Streetcar Named Desire” by Tennessee Williams in the 2008 season at Intiman.

The Schuster Group

Loveless
The Schuster Group, a real estate development and investment firm, recently hired Jim Loveless as senior portfolio manager. Loveless will handle all commercial leasing, sales, acquisitions and property management for the firm. He was with Safeco for 13 years in the corporate real estate department where he managed leasing, acquisition and disposition of assets in excess of $1 billion.

Rosen-Harbottle Commercial Real Estate

Waldbaum
Bellevue-based Rosen-Harbottle Commercial Real Estate hired Chad Waldbaum, CCIM as director of acquisitions. He will expand the portfolio, now valued at more than $250 million. He began his career in commercial real estate in 1997, specializing in sales and leasing.

Egis Real Estate Services

Egis Real Estate Services has hired Eddie Serrano, Grant Parke, Russ Cordner, Ron Hagenson and Glen Wren as building engineers, and Mike Bendewald as an operating engineer. Ralph Casem was promoted to operating engineer.

Lexas Companies

Escala, a 31-story mixed-use condo development now under construction in Seattle, won 22 awards from the National Association of Home Builders. It has been nominated to win Gold Awards at the NAHB's 27th Annual Nationals Sales & Marketing Awards in February in Orlando, Fla. The developer is the Seattle-based Lexas Companies. Thoryk Architecture of San Diego is the design architect, and MulvannyG2 Architecture of Bellevue is the architect of record. Weisman Design Group of Seattle is the landscape architect. Realogics of Seattle is the marketing team, and Windermere OnSITE is the listing agent.

NAIOP to hear Lennox Scott

J. Lennox Scott will give a housing market update to the local chapter of the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks on Dec. 19 at the Sheraton Hotel, Seattle, starting at 7 a.m. with registration and networking.
