Cushman & Wakefield

Cushman & Wakefield of Washington hired Rick Hart as associate to support Eastside Office Leasing Senior Director Tom Bohman. Tom Rogers was hired as associate to support the Eastside office leasing team of Senior Directors Kip Durrell and Jeff Jochums. Hart was the principal and owner of his own sales agency, The Hart Agency LLC, where he sold residential and commercial lighting products. Rogers was vice president of sales for Organic to Go in Seattle.

John L. Scott Highlands

Bob Quick has been named managing broker of John L. Scott's Seattle Highlands office. Quick has more than 30 years of experience managing real estate offices in Southern California.

Brazen Real Estate

Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates said Brazen Real Estate in Bellevue is the newest member of its real estate network. The firm, owned by Joseph Brazen, will do business as Brazen Sotheby's International Realty. It has 12 sales associates.

NAIOP property tour

The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties 2008 Annual Property Tour of the Evolving South End will be held on July 24 from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. It starts at Kent Station with lunch followed by a bus tour of properties in the Kent Valley and South Sound. Lamb Hanson Lamb Appraisal Associates said Ian M. Lamb has acquired his SRA designation. Lamb has been a residential appraiser for the firm since 1997. K. Scott Mar and Donna J. Jensen acquired their general certifications.

Metzler North America

Metzler North America of Seattle has acquired Mountain View Courtyards, a 171,000-square-foot Class A office campus in Mountain View, Calif. The major tenant is TellMe Networks, a voice recognition software firm recently acquired by Microsoft.

John L. Scott Real Estate

J. Lennox Scott, chairman and CEO of John L. Scott Real Estate, said the company has launched a mobile version of its Web site, http://www.JohnLScott.com. Consumers in Washington, Oregon and Idaho can search for properties and look up listing information on a cellular phone by going to M.JohnLScott.com. Later this year, John L. Scott will roll out Microsoft's new Silverlight technology. It lets people enter their location and see a display of homes for sale around that point.

King Conservation District

The King Conservation District board of supervisors hired Jeffrey Possinger as new executive director. Possinger was the managing partner of a business law practice in Bellevue. The district is one of 47 conservation districts in the state.

Seattle-based mbi, a dealer of office furniture, promoted Paul Gray to vice president of sales and marketing. Gray has been with mbi for 14 years, focusing on customer relationships and providing custom office solutions.

Snohomish County Tourism Bureau

The Snohomish County Tourism Bureau hired Kelvin Moore as general manager of the Lynnwood Convention Center. Moore spent the last five years at Global Spectrum Management.
