Premier Media Group of Tacoma hired Brittany Kezar to the sales executive team. Kezar was an account executive for Madden Media in Phoenix.
Redmond-based PlayNetwork, a provider of integrated media experiences for businesses, promoted Darrell Champagne to executive vice president, operations. He has worked at the company since 1999 and will also be executive sponsor of PlayNetwork's Guiding Principles Committee. PlayNetwork also hired Bob Simril as senior vice president, direct sales and account management.
Law firm Williams Kastner has formed a Law & Government Practice Team that will focus on representing clients before governmental entities and regulatory agencies.
Laura Fryer has been appointed general manager, Seattle Studios, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. She will oversee internal development studios based in Seattle and will lead Monolith Productions and Snowblind Studios. Fryer previously worked as executive producer at Microsoft Games Studios.
Seattle-based Rainier Industries, a manufacturer of fabric and display products, has acquired SunBlockers Northwest. SunBlockers is a provider of retractable awnings, roll shutters and exterior sun screens.

Eric Bissell has joined Cascade Commercial Properties as senior vice president. He has more than 26 years of experience in the industry. He specializes in sales and leasing of commercial real estate, including retail leasing, retail land sales and retail investment sales. Cascade is located in Bellevue.
Seattle-based regional green real estate developer The Schuster Group said COO Mark Walsh has been elected treasurer of the board of directors for the non-profit Washington Conservation Voters. The group works to elect environmentally responsible candidates to state and local offices, and advocates for environmental issues during legislative sessions. Holly Gardner, executive assistant to CEO Mark Schuster, has joined the Seattle Branch Steering Committee of the Cascadia Region Green Building Council.
Lisa Turnure, a specialist in residential real estate who has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker Bain's Lake Union Office since 2004, took top honors as the 2008 Number One Solo Sales Associate of Western Washington's Coldwell Banker Bain, and nationally by performing in the top 3 percent of agents companywide.
