Regal Logistics

Regal Logistics in Fife hired Greg Westover as director of sales. Westover previously worked for Camco, Weber Distribution and Milgard Windows. Regal Logistics specializes in high volume, mass retailer distribution.

Performance Bicycle

Performance Bicycle, a specialty bike retailer, is opening new stores in Lynnwood in the Alderwood Towne Center and in Portland at 1736 S.W. Alder St. The stores are designed to appeal to serious cyclists as well as beginning riders.

Umpqua Bank

Umpqua Bank opened a 1,500-square-foot “neighborhood store” in Vancouver at 720 Esther St. in Esther Short Commons. The new location is one of five Umpqua neighborhood stores, which are similar to cafes and other gathering places. It will be managed by Naomi Camargo who was store manager at Umpqua's Vancouver Mill Plain location.

Heartland

Loo
Richard Loo has become a senior development manager with Heartland LLC. He leads teams in strategic planning and management of property development. Loo's experience includes mixed-use, multi-family, student housing, office and owner/user commercial projects. Heartland is multi-disciplinary real estate consulting and development firm based in Seattle.

Coldwell Banker Danforth & Associates

Federal Way-based Coldwell Banker Danforth & Associates said it has expanded twice within six months. A new office opened on May 13 in the Northgate area and will cover North King County, Snohomish and Eastside areas. Dave Danforth said he has 40 agents committed to join and plans to grow to more than 100 agents by the end of the year. CBDA agents mostly work out of home offices. They pay a monthly fee for services such as technology, lead routing to their cell phone, training, referrals and marketing.

SKCAR Housing Issues Briefing

The annual Housing Issues Briefing will be held by the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday in Bellevue. Presentations will be on three themes: local governing, the state's economy and climate change. It will be held at the offices of Seattle-King County Association of Realtors, 12410 S.E. 32nd St., Suite 100, Bellevue. NAIOP summer social

On Thursday, June 11, NAIOP Developing Leaders will host the annual Developing Leaders

Summer Social at the Haworth Showroom on the first floor of the World Trade Center East building at 2211 Elliott Ave., Suite 105. A tent will be set up on the patio adjoining Haworth's showroom.
