The U.S. Chamber of Commerce named Chris Strow executive director of the Northwest Regional Office. Strow will maintain legislative, political and grassroots resources in Washington, Oregon, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho and Alaska. He was principal economic policy analyst at the Puget Sound Regional Council.
Todd Crosby is manager of KeyBank's new branch in Wallingford. The former location of Hollywood Video at 1700 N. 45th St. is being remodeled for the branch, which opens May 16. Crosby started at Key in 2006 at the Totem Lake location as a licensed personal banker.
Kirk Nelson is president and CEO of Bellevue-based AAA Washington, a provider of roadside assistance in Washington and northern Idaho. He replaces Charlie Liekweg, who retired after 14 years. Nelson comes to AAA Washington from Qwest Communications, where he was Washington president since 1999.







The Seattle office of Turner Construction made promotions and organizational changes, with vice president/construction executive Scott Holbrook now directing the health-care and research sector, and Corey Ketchum directing the mission critical sector. Promotions include: Michelle Bungay from purchasing manager to operations manager for the Special Projects Division; and Dan Kahn, Gus Sestrap, Cliff Lindgren and Rich Teddy to project executives in the private and public sectors.
Seattle's Luke Electric launched a website to help homeowners with electrical safety and home improvements. Future plans include guides on selecting an electrician and professional advice from local experts. The site is www.lukeelectricseattle.com.

Nicole Chism Griffin has left her post as associate manager of public relations at the Seattle Art Museum to focus on personal writing projects. Calandra Childers will be taking over as associate manager of PR at SAM. Childers has worked at the museum for five years.
The Washington Small Business Development Center hired Katerina Korish as an international trade specialist for the Spokane Export Center. Korish recently relocated to Spokane from Madison, Wis., where she owned a gourmet wholesale business involved in importing Asian products for food co-ops and private enterprises.
