First American Title Insurance

First American Title Insurance Co. National Commercial Services added two commercial escrow officers due to the recent consolidation of brands between First American Title, Pacific NW Title and The Talon Group. They are Aubry Ludberg and Tricia Kelly. Ludberg focuses on mixed-use, retail, apartments, low income tax credits and government. Kelly concentrates on multi-site work and multi-state transactions including timber, apartment, retail and office. Both were formerly with Pacific Northwest Title.

Washington Women's Foundation

Washington Women's Foundation promoted Marion DeForest, Megan Davies and Emily Feicht. DeForest is now vice president of Washington Women's Foundation. Davies is program director, in recognition of her expanded leadership role with the Grant Committee and Discovery Days Program. Feicht has a new position as member relations and development manager. The foundation represents 500 women who pool their financial and intellectual resources to make large impact grants to improve Washington state.

Lease Crutcher Lewis promoted Mariam Abarientos to accounting supervisor and Katie Henry, Shannon Testa and Ashley Frederick to project managers; and hired Max Cummings as a project engineer. Abarientos holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Seattle University and has been with the company since 1996. Henry, LEED AP, joined Lewis in 2004 after earning her master's degree in civil engineering from Stanford. She is managing deconstruction of the McGuire Apartments. Testa joined the company in 2007. She holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Washington State University. Frederick joined Lewis as an intern in 2003, and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from the University of Washington. He is assigned to upcoming improvements at University Village. Cummings interned for Lewis in 2010. He started in construction as a laborer at age 16, and recently earned his bachelor's degree in construction engineering management from Oregon State University.

Express Construction hired Robert Gold as a senior project manager. Gold has more than 27 years of experience in retail, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, assisted-living, multifamily and student housing projects.

OAC Services

Mahoney

Shawn Mahoney was promoted to principal in the Project + Construction Management practice group at OAC Services. Mahoney has more than 20 years of experience in the design and construction industries, including six years with OAC as a program and project manager.

Andersen Construction Co.

Andersen Construction Co. hired Steve Loudin as a superintendent and Anders Bjorn as a project manager. Loudin is working on the Pike Place Market child care renovation project. He is experienced in military projects, restaurants, medical offices, parking garages, office towers and hospitals. Bjorn is working on the Evergreen College Communication Building renovation. He is experienced in school, medical, military and airport projects. Andersen has offices in Seattle, Portland and Boise, Idaho.

Global Diving & Salvage

Seattle-based Global Diving & Salvage promoted Deirdre Daily from office manager to general manager of the Alaska Region. Daily has been involved in all aspects of the Alaska office's daily operations, including assisting with estimating and project management.

Vigor Industrial

Kevin Quigley has been named president of US Fab, Vigor Industrial's fabrication division. Quigley built Vigor's Everett Shipyard into one of the largest dockside repair centers in the Pacific Northwest as president and chief of daily operations at Everett Shipyard. Vigor owns and operates major ship building, repair and metal fabrication plants in Seattle, Tacoma, Bremerton, Everett and Port Angeles.

Blankslate Creative

Blankslate Creative, a full-service creative agency, hired Jim Craig as creative director responsible for managing the creative studio, working with clients and serving on the senior management team. Craig spent 10 years with Getty Images, most recently as design director.

Terraces at Skyline

Skyline at First Hill, a Life Care retirement community in Seattle, hired Carmen Steiner as health services director at The Terraces at Skyline. The Terraces offers assisted living, catered assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing services. Steiner was administrator at Messenger House Care Center in Bainbridge Island.
