Integrus Architecture

Integrus Architecture promoted Becky Barnhart, Forrest Shannon, Robert Graper, Theresa Daniels, Tim Graybeal and Marcine Herron to senior associate. Barnhart and Shannon are architect/project managers; Graper and Daniels are structural engineers; Graybeal is a project manager/project engineer; and Herron is the business development and marketing manager. Daniels works in Seattle and the others work in Spokane. Integrus provides architectural, planning, interior design, structural engineering and security design services.

Quantum Consulting Engineers

Quantum Consulting Engineers hired Keya Bernhardt as marketing coordinator/office manager. Quantum provides structural and seismic engineering, and shop drawings.

Tierra Right of Way

Tierra Right of Way Services hired Garth Baldwin as principal investigator and senior project manager for the environmental planning and cultural resources division of the Seattle branch. Baldwin will oversee cultural resource projects in the Northwest. He has 13 years of experience in archaeological investigations in the region, most recently at Drayton Archaeological Research, which he founded. He also has worked as an archaeologist for the Washington State Department of Transportation. Tierra provides right of way, environmental, cultural resource and other land services.

BLRB Architects

BLRB Architects promoted Bob Lindstrom and Doug DuCharme to associate principal, Les Gerstmann and Ben Ferguson to senior associate, and Andy Cottrill and Chris Shelton to associate. Lindstrom, a project manager and architect, has worked on Lakeridge Middle School and Bainbridge High School. DuCharme has more than 30 years of experience. He oversees the Portland office, directs BLRB's higher education studio and recently worked on the Curtis High School gym replacement. Gerstmann's projects include the modernization of Sumner Middle School. Ferguson was involved with developing the green features of Pacific Plaza in Tacoma. Cottrill is the project designer for the Renton Early Childhood Learning Center. Shelton is BLRB's marketing director and will continue to manage marketing and communications. BLRB is focused on public architecture.

Seattle Bank

Seattle Bank appointed David Bobbitt of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, to serve on the board of directors representing Idaho. Bobbitt is chairman and chief executive office of Community 1st Bank in Post Falls, Idaho. Seattle Bank's board of directors includes financial services, business and community leaders.

City of Seattle

The Seattle Human Rights Commission is seeking five candidates for positions on the board. The commission advises the mayor and city council on human rights and social justice issue.

Skanska USA Building hired three and promoted one in its Seattle office. New employees are: Tony Hill, senior project manager; Nicole Both, senior project engineer; and Joan Walters, project manager in special projects. Mindy Uber was promoted to assistant environmental health and safety director. Hill has worked in construction in the western U.S. and his native Australia for more than 15 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in construction management and economics from the University of Canberra. Both has more than seven years of project management and value-engineering experience, and serves on the board of Commercial Real Estate Women Seattle & Sound. Walters has 20 years of construction experience, primarily in tenant improvements. She also is a member of CREW Seattle & Sound. Uber has more than 12 years of environmental health and safety experience, much of it on Skanska job sites. In her new position, she is developing preventive safety procedures, reviewing subcontractor safety plans and conducting regular job site visits. She holds a bachelor's degree in environmental science from Western Washington University, and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Certified Safety Professional.

Global Diving & Salvage

Seattle-based Global Diving & Salvage promoted Ben Daily to dive operations manager of the Alaska region. Daily has spent more than 10 years in the commercial diving industry, and has been with Global since 2004. In his new role, Daily is responsible for scheduling daily diving projects; working with customers; enhancing training of divers and dive supervisors; assisting with proposals and estimating; and researching and developing new technology.

Goldfinch Bros.

Jenae Goldfinch was appointed estimator and project manager of Goldfinch Bros.' Commercial Division. Goldfinch previously was a project engineer at Mortenson Construction. She holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Washington State University. She joins her brother, Joe Goldfinch, as the sixth generation to work in the 120-year-old Everett-based business.

The local branch of Mortenson Construction moved into larger offices in Kirkland. The new address is: 10230 N.E. Points Drive, Suite 300, Kirkland, WA 98033. Phone and fax numbers are unchanged. Mortenson has been operating in the Pacific Northwest for 30 years.
