Daniels

Seattle-based JTM Construction added Kevin Daniels and Michael Orme as project engineers, and Matt Wagner as senior project engineer. Daniels holds a bachelor's degree in business finance and humanities from Seattle University and is enrolled in the University of Washington construction management certificate program. Orme graduated in June with a bachelor's degree in construction management from the UW. Wagner has five years of construction experience and holds a bachelor's degree in construction management from Washington State University.

Express Construction

Henkel

Bellevue-based Express Construction hired Brett Henkel as superintendent. Henkel has more than 23 years of construction experience, with a focus on tenant improvements in the retail, commercial, industrial and office markets.

Schuchart

Kay

McKenna

Seattle-based general contractor Schuchart hired John McKenna as project manager and Joe Kay as general superintendent. McKenna has more than 11 years of experience in commercial construction. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from St. Ambrose University and a master's degree in project management from Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering. Kay has more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction and has supervised a range of projects that include commercial high-rise, medical, industrial, retail, entertainment and educational institutions.

Geline

Homebuilding industry veteran Robert M. Geline joined Lennar Corp.'s Pacific Northwest operations as vice president of construction and land development. Geline has more than 20 years of industry experience, previously serving as vice president of land development at Quadrant Homes. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Michigan and an associate's degree in applied science from Bay College. He led the committee that developed the Built Green program at the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.

Global Diving & Salvage

Andrew Lawrence joined the Seattle headquarters of Global Diving & Salvage as salvage engineer. As part of the company's Marine Casualty Response Service Line, Lawrence is developing salvage plans, providing engineering support and assisting with project management. He served as a Coast Guard officer for eight years, including five years at the Marine Safety Center as part of the salvage engineering response team.

Keating

Seattle-based Weber Thompson named Amanda Keating and Jeffrey Reibman as principals. Also, it promoted Todd Mayne to senior associate and Marc Furst to associate. Keating started at Weber Thompson in 2005 as a project manager in the mid-rise multifamily team. She manages large projects, including 400 Boren in South Lake Union. Reibman joined the firm in 2004 as a project manager. He works on urban multifamily, mixed-use and senior housing, and is managing a project on Capitol Hill's former BMW site. Mayne has worked at the practice for more than 10 years. He is providing construction administration on the 815 Pine high-rise in Seattle. Furst has been with the firm since 2005 as designer and coordinator on mid- and high-rise developments. He is working on a project at the former Petco site in West Seattle. Weber Thompson provides architecture, interior design, landscape architecture and community/urban design.

PCS Structural Solutions

Maddox

PCS Structural Solutions Seattle and Tacoma offices have added three stockholders to the team. Bret Maddox, associate principal, has been with PCS for 20 years, and focuses on educational projects. He is working on Chinook Middle School and the Capital High School fitness addition. Jason Collins, associate principal, has worked for PCS for nine years, focusing on education and health care. His projects include the University of Washington/Bothell Phase 3 expansion, Kirkland Public Safety Building and Peace Island Medical Center. Ted Ryan has been with PCS for 11 years. He is working on the Franciscan Medical Pavilion, Tacoma Housing Authority Hillside Terrace and other residential projects. PCS is a 45-year-old structural engineering firm that works on educational, health care, commercial and residential projects.

Arboretum Foundation

Bray

Seattle-based Arboretum Foundation hired Richard Bray as director of development. Bray was director of donor and community relations for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Seattle/King county. The foundation is a nonprofit that raises funds and advocates for the arboretum.

Cairncross & Hempelmann

Seattle-based law firm Cairncross & Hempelmann hired Benjamin Seeger and Jennifer Faubion as associates. Seeger worked as assistant counsel at Washington Federal. Seeger was a litigation associate for Ashbaugh Beal.

ACT — A Contemporary Theatre

ACT Executive Director Carlo Scandiuzzi and artistic director Kurt Beattie hired John Langs as associate artistic director. Langs recently directed ACT's “The Dumb Waiter” and will direct the annual production of Charles Dickens' “A Christmas Carol.” His position beings January 2013.
